”あきた” その名は、あるとき北海道の上のほうとも言われ続けたほど、遠いところであったそうな。 そんな田舎に、なんとおいしく体が喜ぶものがたくさん”残されていた”。 白神山地に代表される、綺麗でおいしい水、いにしえを伝えるブナをはじめとする樹齢数百年の木々たち、その森に棲む鳥や獣たち―どれもが失くてはならない。そんな生きものたちの世界が繰り広げられている秋田。 |

その秋田で生まれた”たべもの”― それは私たちが食べて身体が喜ぶものでなくてはなりません。 「人に良いと書いて”食”」が真にそれなのです。 私はこの30年、求め、研究し、ついに人々へ提供しうるところまでたどりつきました。「生まれてよかった」、「生きていてよかった」は、まずたべものによる健康づくりが第一、と考えます。 一人でも多くの方々に楽しい日々を味わって欲しい、そう願っています。そして、日本の原風景ともいえる秋田にドンドン遊びに来て欲しいものです。 不一 |

| AKITA prefecture is located in the northern part of Honshu-island, Japan. AKITA has a Japan's deepest beautiful lake; Lake-TAZAWA, that is 423 meters depth of water. The natural limpid water in the river is clean enough to drink straight from the stream. People in this area are used to go in the mountains for hundreds of years, to collect edible wild plants only as needed. Here is Japanese hometown, also said as countryside, where you can see an original points of Japan's good old days .. .. .. Over hundreds years old trees such as beech trees tells you antiquity, woodland creatures and birds inseparably related to the life, typified by Shirakami mountain range; the World Natural Heritage sites, whole world of land creatures. In AKITA, in the country, there are plenty of things to eat which is tasty and make us feel delight. Quite simply, it is "Good" for "People." I have been researched on the food for over 30 years, and finally, it's ready to supply them with my great pleasure. By getting healthy with food is the first thing to realize, "I'm happy to live.", "It's good to be alive!" I hope more people to have a blast living, and welcome to AKITA!! |
